Free Legal Document Assistance for Fire Victims

If you or someone you know have lost vital documents due to the fires, we may be able to help. Depending on the type of document, we are offering free guidance on how to request and replace those essential records. Our goal is to help alleviate confusion from the process of requesting replacement documents during this challenging time, and usually, a time when those documents are needed most. Some of the documents we can assist you in replacing include: Social Security cards, birth certificates, death certificates, marriage licenses, property deeds, and potentially other important records.

Power of Attorneys for Frontline Heroes

Our frontline heroes risk everything to keep our communities safe. To support firefighters, on-site medical personnel, law enforcement officers, and others battling the fires, we are offering financial and medical Powers of Attorney (POAs) at half cost. Having a Power of Attorney in place ensures your affairs are managed properly in case of emergencies, allowing you to focus on the mission at hand.

Free Notarizations & Waived Costs

For documents critical to fire recovery, we are currently offering free notarization services. This includes notarizations for documents such as:

  • Fire insurance claims

  • Loan applications for rebuilding

  • Affidavits of loss or damage

  • FEMA forms

  • other disaster relief paperwork
